Approaching Thursday the 3rd
I am downloading an update of Warcraft 3, and I’d much rather be playing that than writing in YOU diary, but it’s taking a while so I have to kill some time.
Today Kent and I met up with this photographer dude who shoots great promo pics for comics. Wombat is his name, though I’m sure it’s not his real name, and actually one of those photographer’s non de plumes or something, like they have. Anyway we had fun dicking around with vanity. I loooove having my photo taken.

Mind you, I didn’t enjoy it as much as I normally would because of some nasty hungoverness. Last night after our Mic in Hand Sandringham gig, which I MCed and which was a bit of a hard sell, Kent and I went with Scott Dooley to the Cracker Gala after party, which was fun, and then on to the Town Hall Hotel in Newtown, where we met a guy who had literally lost all his limbs because of one of the meninsomething diseases but was getting around quite well with prosthetics. We also met his mate who is a producer on Dancing with the Stars and the new Big Brother. I felt sorry for his mate.
It’s not finished downloading yet! Bah. All right. What else? Here is another ‘poem’.

Steal! Theft! Murder! Bad!
These are the watchwords of
The Criminal.
From Trickery to Forging of Taxi Receipts
From Thuggery to Drug Use to Necromancy and Plumbing
The Criminal has many faces.
It could be your neighbour
Your mother or the grocer
Me ... or you???
The Criminal.
The Criminal inside all of us
Looking out with OUR eyes and seeing ITSELF in the mirror
STEALING OUR TOOTHPASTE
The inner criminal.
Trying to get out, like a newborn alien from John Hurt’s chest
Metaphorically speaking.
It hurts US the most when it tempts us to do wrong!
But who tells us what is right or wrong?
How do THEY know?
They have Criminals inside them too!
All the necessary ingredients ready and waiting!
Like they are EVIL Kinder Surprises, with EVIL toys inside them
